Accidents and spills do happen, and can damage or discolour your carpets and upholstery if not treated correctly and within a very short space of time. Depending on the type of spillage, it can take little longer than 24 hours to cause irreversible damage, therefore we highly recommend calling us quickly if an accident does occur - we also advise against using any off the shelf stain removal products or cooking ingredients on the spillage, as this can cause the stain to set, or remove the colour from the carpet.

However, it must be noted that despite the best efforts of those involved, some particular spillages of a certain nature or size may not be removed 100%, but the quicker we act then the more chance of a successful removal.
